Terms of Service

Agreement

By using Energy Check-In (the "service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Energy Check-In provides a Chrome extension and web application that track self-reported energy levels and display personal productivity analytics. The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your API key or account credentials with others. You must provide accurate information when signing up. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service's infrastructure
• Circumvent any access controls or rate limits
• Resell or sublicense access to the service

Pro subscription

The Pro plan is billed monthly at the price displayed at the time of purchase. You may cancel at any time from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Prices may change with 30 days' notice by email.

Data and content

You own your check-in data. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim any ownership over your data.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting nooseptic@gmail.com. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
